Discovery Meeting

Timeframe: 3-5 days after your inquiry.

Held via Zoom or in person, this is where we get to know you, hear your love story, and explore your vision for the wedding. We’ll walk you through our process, artwork collections, and pricing so you can choose the perfect fit. You’ll leave feeling confident about how your memories will be preserved as timeless artwork.

Booking

Timeframe: 0-14 days after the Discovery Meeting.

Once you’re ready, we secure your date with a signed agreement and retainer. You’ll receive our Welcome Kit, a beautifully designed PDF packed with vendor recommendations, planning tips, and what’s ahead.

Post-Booking

Timeframe: 1-7 days after booking.

Bride and Groom Portrait at Ramble Creek Wedding Within a week or two of booking, you’ll receive our Artwork & Planning Guide and access to your personal client portal. As a special touch, we’ll also send a small welcome gift that reflects your personalities.

Engagement Session Planning

Timeframe: 2-3 months before the Engagement Session.

Several months before your engagement session, we’ll collaborate on the perfect location, styling, and personal touches. You’ll also receive a custom Engagement Style Guide for wardrobe inspiration and camera confidence.

Engagement Session

Timeframe: 3-5 months before the wedding day.

A relaxed 60–90 minutes of editorial-style photography focused on natural connection, posing guidance, and candid moments.

Engagement Post-Production

Timeframe: 1-14 days after Engagement Session.

After the session, we back up your images, select the best, and perform professional edits. We’ll also begin designing your artwork and prepare a cinematic slideshow for your Reveal Session.

Engagement Reveal Session

Timeframe: 2 weeks after the Engagement Session.

Two weeks after your session, we’ll meet for a private Reveal Session to watch your slideshow, choose favorites, and order artwork. Specials expire that night.

Wedding Planning

Timeframe: 3 months before the wedding day.

At 3 months out, we send a timeline & detail questionnaire and coordinate with your planner. One month out, we have a final call to confirm everything.

Wedding Day

Timeframe: Your wedding day!

On your wedding day, our role is to be everywhere you need us while blending seamlessly into the celebration. From getting ready to the final dance, we capture your day in a way that feels natural yet elevated. Our editorial style blends candid moments with refined portraits, often ending with unforgettable final images before you leave.

This is where we turn your memories into heirloom artwork you can hold and share for a lifetime. We carefully back up all images, curate the most powerful moments, and perform artistic enhancements. Initial designs for your album and artwork are started, along with your cinematic slideshow.

Wedding & Album Reveal Session

Timeframe: 2 weeks after the wedding day.

Joyful Sparkler Exit at Mountain Mist Farms Within 3–4 weeks, we meet in person or on Zoom to relive your day through a cinematic slideshow. We’ll design your album together and create wall art mockups for your home. Specials are available during the session.

Final Delivery

Timeframe: 8-10 weeks after approval.

Press Room Wedding Toast Celebration Eight to ten weeks after artwork approval, your handcrafted Italian wedding album and artwork are delivered or shipped with white-glove care.
