Archiving and Backup Policy

We take great care in preserving your images once your event or session is complete. All final delivered images are securely archived in our studio system for up to one year after your online gallery is delivered.

During this time, you will have access to your gallery to download your images to a personal device, computer, or cloud storage provider. We strongly encourage saving multiple backups in different locations, such as a hard drive and a cloud service.

After one year, your gallery may be removed to make space for new client projects. Extended archiving may be available by request and may include a storage fee.

While we maintain a professional backup workflow, clients are fully responsible for maintaining their own long-term copies. Creating and storing backups will ensure that your images remain safe for years to come.
