Your date is reserved once the retainer and signed agreement are received. Retainers are non-refundable because they secure our time and preparation for your project.

The remaining balance is typically due before your event or session date unless a payment plan has been arranged.

We provide invoices and reminders well in advance so that all transactions are transparent and convenient.
