Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may need to change. Retainers are always non-refundable because they secure your date on our calendar and cover planning, communication, and time reserved for your project.

If you cancel your session or event completely, any additional payments beyond the retainer may qualify for a partial refund, depending on how much preparation has already been completed. Refunds are not available once the session or event has begun.

For events involving travel, any non-refundable travel or lodging costs already paid must be reimbursed by the client.

We aim to approach cancellation situations with fairness and clear communication while preserving the commitments made for your reservation.
