Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and that sometimes plans need to change. Our goal is to make rescheduling as simple and fair as possible while maintaining the integrity of our calendar and commitments.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can check available dates. When you reschedule, your original retainer transfers to your new date, provided notice is given within the timeframe outlined in your agreement.
Rescheduling is based on studio availability, and your session or event may be assigned to a different studio photographer depending on scheduling. We will always ensure that your experience, quality, and style remain consistent with the Golightly Studios standard.
For sessions or events that required travel or hotel bookings, any related non-refundable costs already paid (such as airfare, accommodations, or permits) are the client’s responsibility and must be covered before confirming the new date.
Our goal is to keep the process transparent and fair for everyone involved so we can continue to provide a consistent and stress-free experience for every client.
