Weather Policy
We want your session or event coverage to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Since the weather can sometimes be unpredictable, we’ve established the following policies to ensure you receive the best possible experience and final images.

Rain & Storms
- If there is a 50% or higher chance of rain at the time of your scheduled session, we will contact you to discuss options.
- Sessions may be rescheduled to a new date or moved to an applicable indoor location.
- For events such as weddings and Quinceañeras, we will continue with coverage as planned, working around available indoor or covered spaces.
Extreme Heat
- If the forecast calls for temperatures above 95°F, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled for client and photographer safety or moved to indoor/studio locations.
- We encourage shorter outdoor blocks with breaks in shade or air conditioning when rescheduling is not possible (such as with weddings).
Extreme Cold
- If the forecast calls for temperatures below 32°F, sessions will be moved indoors or rescheduled to a later date for comfort and safety.
- Winter events, such as weddings and Quinceañeras, will be photographed as scheduled, with additional considerations made for warmth and timing outdoors.
Severe Weather
- In cases of severe storms, lightning, hail, flooding, or unsafe travel conditions, all sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Event coverage will continue as planned unless safety becomes a concern, in which case adjustments will be made to ensure everyone’s well-being.
Flexibility & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling due to weather will be prioritized on the next available dates.
- We work with you to find the most convenient solution, whether that means shifting locations, adjusting start times, or moving indoors.
